Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a person designated by you who is not the carrier,
  has taken possession of the goods.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
(excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of goods

The goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
